Mark VII Mini-Tunnel Difference

The Mark VII Mini-Tunnel not only offers a sleek, open frame design, with LED and configuration options, Smart Brush Control, but also a stainless steel product able to fit in wash bays ranging from 37ft all the way to 60+ft. This makes our tunnels the work horse you need. Stainless steel creates a corrosion and rust resistant product able to withstand the workload other systems might not be able to tackle. We know that Uptime is key so that is why our tunnel system is designed and built in the US.

We also focus on security not only when it comes to the people working on our machines, but on the customers’ vehicles as well. Mark VII’s Smart Brush Control technology allows our brushes to independently apply equal brush pressure to the car's shape for a consistent clean of outstanding quality every time. By monitoring the torque control of every brush individually, we are able to ensure a smooth wash process and can retract in milliseconds in case a brush stalls. This allows you to cut down on damage claims for your business drastically.

The Mark VII Mini-Tunnels are a tailored solution for every site. Our modular system can be customized to meet the high demands of your customers. By providing a small footprint Mark VII can offer a tunnel car wash where others can’t, enabling you to wash 40+ cars per hour. That’s more revenue per hour at the highest level of service, convenience, and consistency keeping your customers coming back.

Customers value a clean, shiny, dry car from a Mark VII tunnel car wash the most. That is why our cleaning station is equipped with a dual arm roof brush station and side wrap brushes 57” in diameter. Our brushes use our patented SofTecs® foam brush material providing a gentle wash on the car’s surface. Our Brushes also use more brush material than industry standard making sure we don’t miss a spot. With the Mini-Tunnels we offer an overall comparable experience to big Express tunnels.

Do you care about the longevity of your system, and the security of your operation and the quality of your wash? Then Mark VII’s Mini-Tunnels are the ideal fit for your short bay. The tunnel system is able to be built with a variety of goals in mind delivering the best results over a short distance. We know every location has its own specific requirements regarding space constraints, power and water supply situations, or the push towards an unmanned operation - Mark VII's modular concept is designed to provide a tunnel solution for your individual situation.

Do you already have an existing In-Bay automatic car wash, that may be at capacity? Stay tuned for our next chapter and learn how Mark VII Mini-Tunnels could boost your car wash revenues.
